The Maui Campus offers the following programs that are designed to accommodate the interests and changing needs of the adult learner.
  • English Language Learners
  • Adult Basic Education
  • Adult School Diploma Programs (GED/HISET/ CBCSDP)
  • Workplace Literacy (Coming soon. A Partnership with Maui Hotels.)

Opportunities of students to earn their Adult Community School Diploma
  • GED (General Educational Development) Program
    • Classes assist learners in heightening their abilities in evaluating, analyzing, drawing conclusions, and making informed decisions. The GED Test consists of a battery of computer based tests that measures the learner's general abilities and skills in four major content areas: Social Studies, Science, Language Arts and Mathematics.
    • Students must pass the GED Test and meet hourly requirements to earn the Community School Diploma.
  • HISET (High School Equivalency Test) 
    • Classes assist learners in heightening their abilities in evaluating, analyzing, drawing conclusions, and making informed decisions. The HISET Test consist of a battery of paper/pencil tests that measures the learner's general abilities and skills in five major content areas:  Social Studies, Science, Reading, Writing, and Mathematics.
